Before joining the Coaching Accelerator, I felt stuck, unable to set boundaries and disconnected from my own needs. Whenever I’d set a boundary with someone, it’d take weeks for me to recover because of how intense and hard it was. I’d worry about what people would think and if we’d ever talk again afterwards. I didn’t have the confidence to set those boundaries without feeling guilty.

In just 5 weeks I’ve been able to turn so much around in my life. To think that I feel this way about myself and my life now is next level. I feel more confident, grounded and aware. I now believe in myself and my needs enough to set boundaries with ease and grace. When I get ready in the morning, I take the time to think about what makes me feel good. And when I go to work each day, I know how much I have to offer. I knew that I’d get so much out of the Coaching Accelerator, but I didn’t realise how much more confident and settled within myself I would be after these 5 weeks. It’s phenomenal.

Before joining the Coaching Accelerator, I was very much a people pleaser. I was always propping people up. I was giving so much to others that there was nothing left for me, and because of that, I was struggling to get my business off the ground because I was running around doing a million different things that, really, other people could’ve been doing themselves.

Over the last 5 weeks, I’ve changed huge things in my life. I walked away from something that had felt soul-crushing for a long time, but that I had continued doing because it felt like my responsibility. I now speak up when something doesn’t work for me. If I need to say no, I do it unapologetically knowing that my own energy matters. And the best bit is that it actually feels exciting, empowering and like I’m honouring myself. I couldn’t be happier. I feel like I’m now the leader of my life.

Before joining the Coaching Accelerator, I was really stuck, blocked and finding it difficult to see a way forward. I knew that I had all this potential and I knew that I could run a successful business, but I just didn't know how. I didn't have the confidence to put myself in that arena. Part of the reason being my conditioning around work. I believed in pushing through and hard hard work to get things done, and there was so much fear attached to that, because I believed success would just mean more work. At the time, I didn’t know I could create a different way of working. Now I’m building 2 businesses, know where I’m at and where I’m meant to be and am focussed on my long term vision for them. Since joining the Coaching Accelerator, I feel so much more expansive and have such a sense of freedom. The connection to myself and my intuition has just exploded. I trust myself. I’m confident when I speak to people about what I am creating and can offer. I no longer feel like I’m hiding my potential. Being a part of the Coaching Accelerator has opened up so many possibilities for me.

When joining the Coaching Accelerator, I really didn’t know what to expect. What I knew was that I felt full of new information yet lost and lacking in the confidence to move myself forward. I’d recently learned a lot of business information but hadn’t worked on the nitty gritty personal stuff, so was holding back. The Coaching Accelerator gave me the boost from within that I needed. I now feel freer, and like a lot of burden has been lifted off of me. I’ve become more centered and Ive found my voice. Operating from this new space feels so amazing and empowering. I’ve added a lot more purpose into my days and my life is fuller from it.

Over the 5 weeks, those conversations continued to shift my inner dialogue. As a result, I’ve had a lot more line in the sand moments where I’ve just decided I’m not doing something anymore or am no longer available for it. I’ve got greater belief in just going the things that I know I can do. I feel like I’m less led by self doubt and more led by self belief. Self belief is always there. And self doubt is always there. But now self belief is leading. And self doubt is hangin’ out. What I now really get is how to support myself and elevate the conversation from wherever I’m at

I’ve been doing personal development for quite some time now, but still there was this inner kōrero of “you’re not enough”, “who do you think you are?”, “you’re not perfect enough”— All that judgment kōrero would come up and deflate me so I’d just go back to everyday life. As a result, my dream of offering self development to whānau going through adversity was sitting stagnant.

Since starting the Coaching Accelerator, something big shifted in me, and I'm no longer waiting. I’ve created and registered my own program, and am meeting with bosses from big companies to get it out there. All those thoughts of not being good or perfect enough are still there but I’m now giving myself permission in a way I wasn't before. It all makes sense now and I'm getting out of my own way. I’m feeling and knowing now that I can do this. My dream is on my heart for a reason and everything that I’ve been through throughout my life has brought me to this. Everything makes sense now.

Kate’s teachings work on both an energetic level and a practical one. Some big things have rearranged on the inside of me, I'm now seeing and feeling myself centre stage, instead of hiding in the shadows like I was for so long. The shift has been big. Plus I now feel equipped to support myself on new levels long after these 5 weeks together. On a side note, Kate’s generosity and vulnerability are truly a gift. I felt so seen and acknowledged over the 5 weeks. The beauty of what she shares is that she draws from her own experience and you can feel that. She’s not just teaching tools she has learned about. She lives what she shares. Being a part of the Coaching Accelerator was such an honour.

Before the Coaching Accelerator, I felt overwhelmed by life and like I was treading water. As a Mum with two young kids, I knew my focus was on motherhood and everything else felt like it was at my fingertips but I couldn’t quite touch it. I’m so passionate about the work I do, so it was annoying to feel like it was all out of my reach. It was like I was in a waiting period.

Having Kate in my ear for 5 weeks gave me so many epiphanies. For the first time, I found myself asking how I could truly back myself. The way that Kate talks is so freeing. I now trust myself and my intuition better. It’s been so empowering to be able to have more faith in what feels right for me. Learning to support myself on a deeper level has made me more present as a Mum and more committed to living an enriched life right now. I know I’m exactly where I’m meant to be
