In Leaders Impact, you’ll be supported by live Zoom calls with Kate Ruby Aroha to develop leadership level communication skills, monthly leadership training blocks, plus bonus private coaching with our head leadership coach!

This year is all about becoming someone who’s more effective in their leadership, clearer in their communication, stronger in their boundaries, and able to raise leadership around them.

Someone who is operating is 'being a leader’ sees the world in a unique way. Their thinking is shaped in a way that they see possibilities, solutions and opportunities for action.

The entire year IS about developing and strengthening your leadership thinking. So that 'leadership level thinking, communicating and responses are a strong tool in your toolkit that you can reach for anytime, under any situation.
Each of the live group Zoom calls with me will be focussed on developing Leadership Level Communication skills, including skills to navigate sensitive and tough conversations, holding a strong frame within yourself, setting the tone of conversations, and so much more.

These live sessions will be very skills focussed as well as strengthening to the level of leadership thinking required in the application of each of these skills.

Replays will be available for all Live calls, with lifetime access to revisit whenever needed.
Leadership Level boundaries is a core theme throughout the year. You'll hear it come up and be taught in various ways during the live communication trainings, as well as throughout various training modules during the year.

Boundaries are essential. However, the boundaries we're talking about during the conversations in Leaders Impact, are not 101 level boundary conversations.
Here you'll be called into higher level leadership thinking in relation to your boundaries, and the communication around them.
When you're 'being' a leader, you have access to new ways of thinking and approaching situations. You're asking bigger questions, and seeing a greater range of answers or solutions to those questions. You're swifter in your decision making and have a greater range within yourself.

.... These are the areas that each of the monthly leadership trainings dive into. These leadership trainings are a blend of video and audio. Some modules include comprehensive workbooks detailing the leadership processes you're learning.

About Kate

Kate worked as a registered nurse in multiple clinical settings, before moving into nursing leadership roles, regionally and then nationally. Delivering government contracts across New Zealand, while working within a team frequently nominated for awards, and recognised nationally for their leadership and results. After completing back to back national contracts, Kate moved into leadership development in the private sector, and now, a senior leadership trainer with nearly two decades experience.

Kate founded Australasia’s largest women's leadership event to ignite leadership development in people from all walks of life. Her various programs and trainings foster the full range of leadership development, from emerging leadership through to ‘changemaker level leadership’, where things are affected on a global scale.

Kate lives and breathes personal leadership in her own life. She utilizes her leadership skills in everything from raising her kids, to building business. From ‘recreating relationship’ in her 19 year marriage, through to ‘recreating relationship’ within herself. Kate sees that leadership touches everything.

Leaders Impact is delivered through a series of monthly training blocks, as well as live group calls.
The live group calls focus on developing and strengthening key leadership level communication skills, where each monthly training block covers a new aspect of leadership level thinking and approaches.
As soon as you register, you'll get immediate access to Module One where there's a leadership contract you sign with yourself. This is a contract entirely with yourself, and will be the foundation upon which you stand moving forward.

You'll also get access to the live training calendar, for the communication skills trainings.

Please note, replays are available for ALL live calls, and you'll receive lifetime access to ALL trainings.
The Live Zoom Calls will focus specifically on developing and strengthening your communication skills at a leadership level.

These trainings will have a skills focus, while also being very strengthening to the level of leadership thinking and energy required behind the application of each skill.

Replays will be available for EVERY live call. With lifetime access for all trainings and replays.
On a logistical level - this has been designed to fit into a busy life with approximately two to three hours per month which you can do any time that suits you. With lifetime access to all trainings and replays, you have the option of taking it at a slower pace if you need.
On a leadership level - the shifts in your leadership will help you to get into the driver's seat of your schedule in a way that has you be in charge, rather than at the constant affect of things around you.
